MSBM are thrilled to announce that Carolina Sanchez, Senior Scientist at AstraZeneca Separation Science Laboratory in Gothenburg, will once again be joining us to deliver lectures at the 2025 MSBM Event.
Carolina was a popular member of the faculty with our students and faculty in 2024, delivering great lectures in the art of separation science, covering Gas Chromatography, Liquid Chromatography and Capillary Electrophoresis. Towards the end of the week, Carolina ran a fantastic workshop on optimising chromatography methods using real world examples.
Carolina’s career began in 2015 at a biotechnology research centre in Ecuador, studying bioproducts and their metabolomics profiles. She later pursued a master’s in bioinformatics at Chalmers University of Technology, specializing in biomarker discovery. For the past five years, Carolina has been a key member of AstraZeneca, applying her expertise as a separation scientist in preparative chromatography of small molecules using liquid and supercritical fluid chromatography methods.
Registration is now open for the 2025 MSBM Event. Be sure to register to secure your spot, to ensure you learn from Carolina and the rest of our faculty.
